About Excel Services

My name is Randy Cooper, I own and operate Excel Services.  I have been in the excavation/construction industry for over 30 years, and about 15 of those years I have been running my own business.  In 1998 I started Cooper Excavating in Everett, WA and was doing residential and commercial construction for various builders and homeowners.  in 2008 when the construction industry took a hit and construction pretty much came to a stand still, I closed the business and went to work for a previous customer.  Then around 2013 I moved to Sequim, WA and went to work for an excavation contracting company, named C&J Excavating.  I worked there for 5 years as an estimator, project manager, equipment operator, truck driver...whatever was needed.  In 2019 I started Excel Services to provide excavating and landscape construction services to the Port Angeles and Sequim area.  My main area of focus is building rockeries, back yard areas, building yards from scratch to the owners design, or design myself.  I love using natural materials to create a beautiful yard that the homeowner is proud to have and enjoy sharing with friends and family.  I know the value of friends and family as I have two girls that are the love of my life.
